U•STORE•IT - Red Deer North ✔

"We used Red Deer U Store It to store and ship products for our new store opening, and the experience has been fantastic! Renee went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He's been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. The whole process was stress-free, and we felt confident our items were in good hands. Highly recommend!"

"We stored our stuff here for almost 2 years. We were assured they have never had mice issues and they had pest control in place. Around May we noticed mouse poo everywhere and we told them with their response being they're having a company come get rid of them. Well we moved out stuff out end of July and our stuff was INFESTED and SATURATED in mouse feces. Not to mention all the mouse feces all over the hallways as well as dead mice. We lost over half our locker. We had to do truck loads to the dump of garbage, things that were irreplaceable. After over a month of trying to get in contact with the district manager in the SOUTH EDMONTON location she finally responded to an email where I provided pictures and detailing everything saying there is nothing they can do for us. Do not store your stuff here. Spending almost $300 a month to store items here just for it to all be destroyed because they don’t deal with mice infestations."

"The ice in the winter by the garage doors was a nightmare. Constant email mess ups on their end regarding billing, and fix the darn key pad at the exit! I also did not want to hear any political views when I went in to do business, which would never have happened if they ever became a modern place and got E-transfer. Very happy we moved our stuff to another place, no more headaches."
