"Got great service setting up my account over the phone. My issues were resolved quickly. Had to go into the office to sign, and Sam was very helpful and friendly. He made everything easy to understand, and he got me in and out of there quickly."

"Horrible. Sold all my deceased husbands things in auction with everything he left for his daughter like paintings and good bye letters. All his medical papers and ashes…. everything. I called to make a payment and he said the machine wouldn’t work…. Then told me it wasn’t in auction. I said I’d have go to the bank and deposit cash to etransfer."
