"Special thanks to Peter Briendly for helping put together the original moving order and contract for our daughter's recent move from Winnipeg to Victoria for her university program, and more thanks to Alexandra Gallagher in Accounting for helping to reverse a redundant prepayment charge made against our credit card for additional container rental time that we did not need. Both employees were very professional and represented BigSteelBox quite well. It was a smooth move, overall, taking only 21 days from start to finish, and everything arrived at the destination in perfect condition, so no rough handling along the way. We would hire them again."

"having an extremely difficult time getting a date booked with these guys for a bin delivery from Victoria to lake Cowichan. I have had to speak to 3 separate employees about this delivery, and it’s become very clear that communication at this company is not a top priority."

"Will not use there services again. I asked to have my container delivered directly across the street and thought they would offer a discount for the short distance. They charged me $350.00 for that delivery. As I had two containers and didn’t want to pay $700 for delivery, they took the second container down so I could access it on their lot. I was not provided the code to get into the yard, or even told where to find my container. Had to call their emergency after hrs number as they are only open Monday through Friday. The container was placed on very dusty gravel ( their whole yard is gravel) was very disappointed to place my expensive furniture items on that surface. To top that off, they charged me for the month even though I no longer had a container! They did reverse the charge. I’m glad I checked as I had a bad feeling about that company. When checking around I would suggest you ask for all the hidden charges as I was not aware and would have gone elsewhere."
