"Very convenient. We moved to a different province and had our boxed delivered with everything in place so it seemed like they are very gentle with handling the boxes. They gave me access to the box during closing times. They really focus on costumer service unlike other service providers. Highly recommended!"

"Awesome service. Very convenient, all staff was helpful. Delivered on time, pricing very fair. Nothing destroyed. Would recommend them for anyone moving any distance."

"We rented a 20 ft. Container and packed it tight. We moved from Northern BC to New Brunswick, and yes it was expensive but Totally Worth Every Cent !! Once it leaves your driveway all the worries are over. The container arrived sooner than expected and was even brought to our driveway which at times, due to incline ( Very Steep) makes it impassable. Absolutely Everyone we delt with was kind, understanding, and professional. We would Absolutely use " Big Steel Box " again, without question. Excellent Customer Service!! Oh yea, We packed our container so well, not a thing broke or even moved ."
