"I called to get a quote to move to another province. The initial call was professional and quick. I asked if we could do a pick up in Edmonton, she suggested we do two different quotes so I don't pay for the full move from Yellowknife. She said she would send me a link and my daughter a link to video our house contents that would be moved. My video was sent May 21 and my daughter's sent May 22. She said she would get me a quote once she had the videos. May 31st, no quote and I had placed 2 calls with no response. My daughter sent a Facebook message May 31st, I then received a phone call that day around 11 am to say that they received the videos and would get back to me later that day with a quote."
