"I apologized to the person that I was 30 minutes late, she said it wasn't a problem. My credit card was then charged for an extra day for being late 30 mins? Ridiculous!!! The person then asked if I forgot to fill the gas tank, I showed her my contract that showed I only needed to bring it back with 3/4 tank. She accepted that, my credit card was then charged extra for not bringing it back with a full tank. Once again, Ridiculous!!! These things should be mentioned right at drop off! I dont appreciate seeing a surprise charge on my credit card."

"I love that this service is right here available at all reasonable hours. The one terrible thing is the terrible bump at the entrance, almost took out our hitch twice cpming and going. like guys im sure you make enough to repave the entrance."
