"I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero to register a review. After 2 years of paying my bill in advance (sometimes for several months at a time) I called on October 1st to ask if I could pay 4 days late. I was told yes. I called in my payment, it was not processed 4 days later, I called the owner to be told that I am being given 30 days to remove my belongings and they are canceling my contract because they "don't want the stress of worrying something might happen" unbelievable but unfortunately true"

"Surprised to see a 1 star rating. My experience has been quite different. All of my questions were answered promptly and I have been a happy customer now for 6 months. Safe, clean, dry storage available 24 hours a day."

"Clean units, well kept & secure property, staff were prompt with replying, convenient location."
