"This is one of the most economical lots in the area (and is actually closer to key attractions on Bay Street then you think). Their parking machines don't work however, and their tap2park online system (lot # 5510) isn't great - it charges a service fee per transaction but you have to do 2 transactions if you want to do max day + max evening. The max evening (on same day) also changes randomly. It was $10 max evening as special event (leafs game) in the morning when I went. Then by the time I remembered to go back online to pay for max evening (pre 7pm), it changed from $10 to $15, same day. You also have to go before 8am to get a spot as it's the shared lot for Novotel Hotel guests."

"While the monthly rate for parking is at market, the status of the facilities is below average. Cleaning is done annually but only on the flooring surface. Air exchangers are clogged, walls are leaking and there is a resident raccoon or raccoons that often eat on top of people's cars. If I wasn't a resident, I'd be parking elsewhere."
