"Unscrupulous company. I have been contacting them regularly for over a year to have my septic tank emptied and they tell me they will come and never come (even though I saw their truck in my village 3 weeks ago...). It is after a year that they inform me that they will no longer come, I find myself in a difficult situation because at this time of year there are not many people ready to come and empty the tank. They did not even bother to call me back to let me know, I have to call them every time. No professionalism, to be avoided."

"I had an emergency for my septic tank which suddenly started to overflow. I called, they came as soon as they could, and Mr. Brisson who came with the truck took the time to clean my filters and show me where my problem was (filter clogged by a disposable wipe, not to be flushed down the toilet when you have a septic tank)."

"Friendly and professional staff, great service"
