Public Storage ✔

"We had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Josephine! Even though our request wasn’t part of her usual responsibilities, she still took the initiative to help us right away so we didn’t have to wait. She kindly showed us around the facility, explained everything patiently, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. She was incredibly thoughtful and professional — it’s rare to meet someone so genuine. Thank you, Josephine!"
